Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
- Original proof of purchase must be provided
- Certain items may be excluded (see Non-Returnable Items below)
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened or used bathroom equipment
- Installed Dometic toilet parts
- Used camping stoves
- Electrical items with broken seals

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions

Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package the item securely in its original packaging and include all accessories. Ship to the provided address using a trackable method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refund Timeframe: 3-5 business days after we process your return
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
Exchange Process
For exchanges:

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

International Returns
