Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx

  • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Recommended for time-sensitive orders

Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS

  • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Economical option for non-urgent deliveries

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote regions.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging
  • Must include all accessories and documentation
  • Original proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used bathroom equipment
  • Installed Dometic toilet parts
  • Used camping stoves
  • Electrical items with broken seals

Return Process

Package items securely in original packaging and ship to the provided address using a trackable method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Process

For exchanges:
